Mishap Yokota, Japan 1978 believe it was May-June

Flying Tiger aircraft was bringing military personnel from Korea to California when a tire blew out on takeoff, causing a fire that burned up to the wing flight was aborted and evacuated through emergency shoots. I can’t recall the flight number or day. Just remember we stayed in Japan for a week while they repaired the plane. I believe this was all due to Northwest Orient being on strike anyone with the information would be greatly appreciated.
