Pla stuck in extruder

While my ghost 5 was expelling the PLA, the very end got stuck in the extruder, so now it doesn't get out neither it gets in again. Does someone know what i can do to solve the problem? (i think it's stuck because in that particular point the PLA filament is thinner)
